Molkosan is made from fresh whey.
Natural fermentation using a selected strain of Lactobacillus produces L+ lactic acid (7.0g per 100ml).
Drink approx. 2 tbsp (20 ml) of Molkosan daily, mixed with as much cold water, tea or juice as you like, either in the morning or spread throughout the day.
Recommended mixing ratio 1:10.
